Tawk live chat and visitor monitoring load automatically unless you have switched them off in Chat preferences. The site uses local storage to remember your choice. Switching chat off stops it loading on subsequent page loads; it does not undo information already sent.
Third-party services
Submitting an enquiry keeps you on this website. Opening WhatsApp leaves the website; WhatsApp handles the information you send under its own policies. When optional Tawk chat is enabled, it may also use its own cookies or storage.
Managing storage
