Website enquiries
The contact, trial and subscription forms send your name, reply email, device, country, selected plan and question to Lemo TVS when you submit the form. Our hosting and email providers process these details to deliver the message. WhatsApp is a separate support option. Submitting a website form does not open WhatsApp or an email application.
When you send a message
If you send an email or WhatsApp message, Lemo TVS receives the information you choose to share and uses it to respond to your enquiry or help with your request. The messaging provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Hosting and technical information
The website host may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider’s handling applies to those logs.
Optional live chat
Tawk live chat loads automatically when you visit, unless you have switched it off through Chat preferences. Tawk processes visit and device information for visitor monitoring, and any messages you send in chat. A chat message is not required for a visit to be recorded. Your chat preference is stored in your browser.
Analytics and storage
This website does not include advertising pixels or a separate analytics service. Tawk provides visitor monitoring when it loads. Enquiry fields are not stored in local storage. A necessary session cookie protects forms and prevents duplicate submissions. Hashed connection identifiers and temporary counters limit repeated email attempts. Successful email enquiries are received in our mailbox; a copy is not stored in a website enquiry database. Chat preferences use local storage.
Questions and requests
Contact contact@lemotvs.live about personal information you have sent to Lemo TVS. Describe your request without including passwords, private service credentials or full payment-card details. This notice will be updated if the website’s data handling changes.
