Share the Right Details When Asking for IPTV Help

Support usually needs a clear description of the problem, not your passwords. Share enough to identify the setup while keeping sensitive access details private.

Useful details to include.

Start with the device model, operating system, player name and version. Describe the symptom in your own words and copy the exact error message when possible. Add the approximate time and whether the problem repeats.

For a plan enquiry, include your intended subscription length and simultaneous connection count. For an existing request, refer to the earlier email or a non-sensitive order reference.

Details to leave out.

Do not put passwords, private playlist links, full card numbers or authentication codes into the contact, trial or subscription form. Review screenshots for account details before sharing them.

Use the official device and app publisher’s installation instructions. Be cautious about messages that ask you to disable security settings or install unknown files.

How a website request works.

The form sends the details you enter to Lemo TVS by email. You remain on this website and see a confirmation only after the mail server accepts the request. Support replies to the email address you provide.

That confirmation is not an activation notice or payment receipt. Read the privacy information for the website’s handling of enquiries and optional chat.

If the reply has not arrived.

Check the address you entered and your spam folder. If you follow up, include the request type and approximate submission time. You can also use the separate WhatsApp or live-chat option.

Never publish access credentials to prove you sent a request. Contact support with a short factual description so the conversation can continue safely.

Make the next step a simple one.

Tell us your device, your question and how many screens you want to use.

Optional live chat

Tawk loads automatically for live chat and visitor monitoring. You can switch it off on this browser and use WhatsApp or email instead.
