1. The exact device and player.
Record the model and operating system, then confirm the intended player and any licence cost. A general description such as “smart TV” may not be enough to choose the installation steps. Start with the device requirements.
2. How many screens will play together.
Count simultaneous streams. Two people using two screens together need two connections; one person switching between screens may need only one. Check household and location conditions with support.
3. The total for the whole period.
Confirm the duration, connection count and currency. For example, one connection for three months is $29 USD total. Check any separate player fee and applicable payment charges, then compare the published prices.
4. When your trial will begin.
Request a trial when you will have time to test your own setup. Support confirms access and the start time. Sending the form alone does not start the 24-hour period.
5. What happens after your request.
The subscription form sends your selection and reply details to Lemo TVS. It does not collect a payment or automatically activate an account. Look for the email reply and confirm payment and activation arrangements before proceeding.
6. The renewal and cancellation conditions.
Ask whether renewal is manual or automatic and confirm the applicable cancellation and refund conditions in writing. Read the refund and cancellation information; do not assume an unconditional refund or a fixed eligibility window.
