Prepare before the trial starts.
Have your device model, operating system and intended player ready. Check whether the player has its own fee. Submit the free-trial form with a reply email you can access, then confirm the start time with support.
Sending the form does not start the 24-hour period automatically. Wait for the access details and confirmed timing before you begin.
Use a short test record.
| Check | Useful observation |
|---|---|
| Navigation | Can you operate the player comfortably with your remote or touchscreen? |
| Picture and sound | Does the display fit correctly, and does audio reach the intended output? |
| Playback | Record interruptions, error wording and the time they occur. |
| Network | Note Wi-Fi or Ethernet and whether other downloads were running. |
| Connections | Check the trial allowance before using more than one screen. |
Change one thing at a time.
If you notice a problem, repeat the same check after one change, such as closing another download or restarting the player. Changing the device, app and network at once makes the result harder to explain.
Use the support checks and include the device, app version and exact error. Do not put login details or private access links in your message.
Decide from your own observations.
Review the controls, stability and setup steps that matter to you. Ask about anything unresolved before choosing a paid period. A single successful trial does not establish performance for every device or network.
When ready, compare plans by the number of screens you will use together.
