Android & Google TV

A clear start for Android and Google TV.

Check which interface your device uses, then choose the official installation path for that model.

Preparation guide · Prepared 25 October 2026. Check current instructions for your exact device.

1. Identify the interface

Look in Settings and About for your model and operating-system version. Google TV and Android TV can organize menus differently.

2. Use the official app store

On Google TV, look for the Apps area or use app search. On Android TV, use the Play Store available on your device. Verify the publisher of the intended player.

3. Review before installing

Read device compatibility, region availability, permissions and payment terms. A phone app listing does not necessarily mean a television version is supported.

4. Test the intended setup

After support confirms access, sign in through the intended player. Test with the remote and screen you will actually use.

If something differs from these steps.

If installation fails, check available storage, network access and system updates. For app-specific errors, use the publisher’s support information and record the exact message.

Keep private details private.

Never include a password, private playlist link or payment-card number in a public screenshot. When contacting support, share the model, app version and error message first.
